The Parlour
The original hosting room.
The Parlour of the Farmhouse is a brightly lit 30x30’ space. It has an ambient electric fireplace, a private enclosed porch, and an antique piano. Use our natural sheepskin rugs and benches for your class or gathering.

Parking for up to 8 vehicles
The outdoor Plum Yard lounge area

$35/hr or $200 for 6 hours

The FARMHOUSE
A home that holds you.
The Farmhouse is an 125 year old home with original charm. Feel the calm steadiness of a room built by wooden board’n batten. Bask next to the real woodstove with a roaring fire. Run a multi-pronged workshop with separate rooms. Serve up snacks to your guests (or let us do that).
Booking the Farmhouse gets you access to:
The main floor of the farmhouse, including Parlour room, living room, dining room with woodstove, washroom, kitchen, enclosed balcony, and back porch.
Parking for up to 10 vehicles
The outdoor Plum Yard lounge area
Firewood for the woodstove
$55/hr or $300 for 6 hours

The CHESTNUT meadow
Soft grasslands with a farm view
The Chestnut Meadow is where we host most of our workshops. We love being outdoors + having cute animal visitors makes it even better. The meadow is enclosed with 6-ft-tall opaque fencing on one side for a privacy screen, with views of the lamb pastures and market garden. There is plenty of shade or sun as you prefer. Rent our ShadeCloud Canopy tent for light rainy days + stay with your feet on the ground no matter the weather.

The 3/4 acre rectangular meadow
